You dictate or type each visit note into ChartGone right after the visit. Our admin team reviews it for completeness, then files it into your EMR (Kinnser, Axxess, TherapyBoss). You see a status — Submitted, Under review, Filed — and get an email confirmation once it lands. Nothing is auto-filed without a human in the loop.

We store only what we need to plan routes and intake notes — name, address, visit days, and the note content you submit. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, role-scoped behind row-level security, and a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement is available on request. Notes are handed off to our admin team for filing; we don't share them with any other third party.

The Route plan ($49.99/month) includes a free first month so you can try the workflow at zero risk — no charge until day 31. The Complete plan ($200/month) includes note intake and admin-supported chart filing and is billed from day one; it's designed for clinicians who already know the product and want the full service. Both plans are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime.

Routes of any length are supported. Optimization for very long days uses the same Mapbox routing engine and still returns a result in seconds.
