Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ChartGone AI (“ChartGone,” “we,” “us”), software that helps therapy clinicians dictate, format, and file clinical documentation. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

Use of the service

You must be authorized to create the clinical documentation you submit and responsible for its accuracy. You agree to use ChartGone only for lawful purposes and in compliance with your professional and employer obligations. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

SMS / text-message program

ChartGone AI offers an optional SMS notification program that sends registered clinicians transactional alerts about the status of clinical notes they created in the app (for example, when a note is filed in their EMR or returned for revision).

• Opt-in.SMS is off by default. You enable it from inside your authenticated account by providing your own mobile number in Settings and turning on “Text-message alerts (SMS).” Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using ChartGone or of any purchase.
• Message frequency is recurring and varies with your activity (typically up to about 10 messages per week).
• Message and data rates may apply. Rates are charged by your mobile carrier.
• For help, reply HELP to any message or email hello@chartgoneai.com. To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message or turn off SMS alerts in Settings. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then no further texts unless you opt in again.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Clinical responsibility & no medical advice

ChartGone is a documentation tool. You remain solely responsible for the clinical accuracy, completeness, and compliance of any note you create or file. ChartGone does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChartGone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you directly. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
